Abstract


An actuality is proposed in this paper, that the industry automation system is a close system at present, which the unified & normal open interface about software and hardware is absence. The background of an operating standard of the software for industry control of OPC specification is amply described in this paper, its main content, program configuration system and nuclear technology, its history and application and development are introduced. This paper expatiated emphatically that technology based on COM/DCOM of Microsoft, the new OPC COM general standard interface between OPC customize and OPC subject which operating on Windows95 and Window NT, and the design and application of OPC OLE automatic standard interface used for configuration and accessing the process data automatically .Meanwhile, the OPC nuclear technology COM is introduced in this paper, studying ways of the realization, publishment, creation and the application details in OPC technology and industrial automatic software.The main researches in this paper are as follows:1、 Using linear-model of OPC server and database access technology;2、 Complete the programs of OPC interface;3、 Lan testing of OPC interface;4、 Complete the programs of OPC server I/O DLL
