Abstract


With the globalization of the economy and rapid development of science and technology, Competition of inter-corporation has become increasingly intense and complicated. With the economic globalization deepening continuously, more and more enterprises realize that it is very difficult to adapt to complex competitive environment. The enterprise competes is no longer "life and death" struggle. "Win-win" and "wins" displace it. The co-opetition becomes the mainstream. The enterprise need to set up strategic alliances to increase own competitiveness so as to adapt economic globalization. Corporation alliance, as an innovation of organizational relationship, has been playing a vital role in modern corporations to strengthen competitive advantages. The game theory is one of the hotspots of contemporary economics and management science. The article studies the issues relevant to the corporation alliance, studied the strategic selection and payoff change among the interacted members of alliance and interacted alliance with the game theoretical method so as to enrich corporation alliance theory, provide corporation alliance with some theoretical guidance. It is of theoretical and practical significance. The main research contents and conclusion are as follows:1. After analyzing current situation of alliance, surveying the current results of the corporation alliance, this thesis puts forward some issues that will be researched and significance of research.2. Introduced some basic conception of strategic alliance and game theory.3. It used game theory to analyze the disadvantages of competition between enterprises and reasons of strategic alliances established, by use Cournot model and centipede game.4. Give general principle of alliance partner’s selection. Research the strategic alliance partnership. Analyze partnership risk and opportunistic behavior primarily. Using the goat model and the pig model to analyze alliance partnership, in the strong - strong partnership, the conflict between the member is unavoidable, the key of solve the conflict lies in increase communication, achieves the mutual recognition, at the same time the bilateral compromise and the concessions is also important, this is what the conflict pays. In the strong - weak alliance, the weak enterprise must select the follow strategy more, technical innovation is supposed to carry on by the strong enterprise;this is the most superior strategy. Meanwhilepointed out the strong-weak alliance is easier to succeed.5. This article put forward distributing principle of alliance profit. . Use the Nash solution to two players bargaining and Shapley-value to research alliance profit.6. Conclusions of the paper, pointed out the innovative results and the shortages.
