Abstract


China and Germany as the two major economic powers in the world today , in many ways, has a long and active cooperation . Successful collaboration requires effective communication between the two sides . As the two cultures are quite different , however , may thus lead to some misunderstanding . Therefore, I decided to investigate the analysis of the Sino-German party communication differences and try to find their cultural roots . The paper focuses on the scene of Sino-German cross- cultural communication , cross-cultural team communication among team members , the differences in their specific performance . The application of the basic theory of the Institute for the cross-cultural team communication theory ( Oetzel , 2005) . Research methods for qualitative research through case analysis . In this thesis, a Sino-German project team for the actual case , the data collected by the Sino-German bilateral project team members face-to-face interview or written survey . To focus on analysis of interviews using the constant comparative method \Then , based on interviews and survey results , in accordance with the theoretical framework specifically describe the case details and focus on the analysis of crew communication differences . Analysis of the main aspects : superior attitude of the decision-making , methods of work, day-to-day work in conflict and conflict resolution . Finally , the author based on the above analysis summary of cross-cultural work team crew communication differences , and how to achieve cultural synergy (cultural synergy) in a cross-cultural team put forward a few suggestions , another pointed out that the study data collection deficiencies and future research directions .
