This thesis consists of five chapters, namely, Chapter 1: Introduction;Chapter 2: Research on Development Planning;Chapter 3: Research onFinance and Operation and Management;Chapter 4: Research onInvestment and Risks and Countermeasures;Chapter 5: Conclusions.In this thesis, Chapter 1 predicted and analyzed the electricity marketin China. The results showed that the electricity market has extensivepotential. Based on the information, the market of relay protection was alsoanalyzed.Chapter 2 introduced the basic information about the company and theproducts in the company, analyzed the characteristics and advantages of theproducts, and defined the industry attribute of the company. Based on theseanalyses, the unique nature and competition ability were illustrated in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of the rivals were analyzed and themarket was analyzed. In addition, this chapter introduced strategicobjectives established by the company, the capital framework of thecompany, the organization and management methods of the company andthe investment on research and growth, the three-year development plan forthe company, and analyzed the key factors that conduce to the success of thecompany.Chapter 3 presented the financial and capital structures and explainedthe requirement of the financing, and predicted and analyzed the finance ofthe company. In addition, this chapter also introduced the overall strategiesestablished by the company and organization structure of the company andmanagement methods, made a particular plan of human resource, andintroduced the research and production in the company and marketstrategies including overall strategies, sales strategies, sale measures, frameof the sales team, analyzed possible exterior supports gained by thecompany. At last, the capital operation in the company was analyzed.Chapter 4 introduced the role and status of the investor in themanagement of the company and the way of the retreat of the capital. Thischapter also analyzed the existing risks in the company including technicalrisk, market risk, management risk and financial risk and provided relevantcountermeasures.The conclusions in Chapter 5 indicated that WLand Company iscurrently at the stage of development and the production and management ofthe company in the next three years will be guaranteed.
