Abstract


Bank accompanied by five massive wave of mergers and acquisitions as a special service enterprises , more than 100 years of history , and becoming the protagonist in the wave of mergers and acquisitions . With the in-depth development of the further restructuring of the global economy , economic globalization and regional economic integration as a core part of the economic sphere , the banking industry has been mergers and acquisitions as an important adjustment and development strategies . China 's accession to the WTO , the domestic banking industry unprecedented opportunities while also facing more severe challenges . As a new force of the joint-stock commercial banks in China's banking sector , in the face of constantly adjust the domestic financial market is also faced with a more open , competitive market outside world . In this environment , the joint-stock commercial banks to choose what kind of development strategy is a solemn treat problems .
