Abstract


Asset securitization is a structured finance an effective way to ensure the smooth and effective conduct of the financing through a complex but precise structure of the transaction . With the internationalization of China 's capital markets , asset securitization in China will also have a very broad prospects for development . This article is designed to provide new ideas for a Trust layered disposal \The article first argues that under the existing legal system in China , compared to the corporate SPV, the trust SPV unique property isolation mechanism , a wide range of business scope of securities by comparative analysis of ad hoc bodies SPV for different types of securities , independence of assets protection and effective supervision and management, and more suitable for China's national conditions .
