Abstract

With the era of knowledge economy, the role of the contribution of technology to economic growth is becoming increasingly prominent. A country usually two ways to get the technology: one is derived from the the domestic independent research and development, technology innovation; the other hand, access to technology, technology transfer from other countries. Needless to say, a country's economy will eventually have to rely on the technical strength of the country's independent research and development to promote in order to obtain the substantial development, technology innovation is an important source of economic growth. However, technology as the main factors in the world economy today and the primary means of competition in international markets in various countries, regions, between the various enterprise development is uneven, especially economic globalization and information technology has accelerated this imbalance . In this way, the international transfer of technology, the resources in the global configuration become inevitable. Recent years, the technology transfer and characteristics change, technology transfer will become a major issue in today's economic circles. In the 1990s, foreign direct investment gradually developed into a major driver of growth of the world economy. While foreign direct investments in multinational companies as the carrier of the multinationals both a mainstay of technological innovation, but also the transfer of technology subject. Japan is one of the major countries investing in China, continued growth in investment in Japan put it firmly with foreign investment in China's third largest source of the country's throne, the Japanese-funded enterprises in China are also mushrooming development. As we all know, in post-war Japan, through the transfer of technology in a short period of time by the defeated nation into a world economic power.
