Abstract


China 's overall employment situation is grim, and disabled college students as a special group of people with disabilities and college students attribute in a weak position in a market-oriented employment mechanism based on two-way choice and their own jobs . \Disabled Higher Education and Graduate Employment of Persons with Disabilities as a logo to reflect the social civilization not received due attention and concern of the whole society . Therefore , how to solve the employment problem students of the disabled in China is currently the hot issues of the research areas of Persons with Disabilities , and also the need to set society, government , and universities work together to solve major social problems . The theory through the analysis of the on Higher Education for the Disabled , Disabled employment status of graduates , government laws and regulations and social responsibility issues to explore the formation of the Graduate Employment of Persons with Disabilities and the plight of reasons , and social exclusion theory inadequate employability and employment asymmetric information theory -depth analysis of the phenomenon of college students employment difficulties of the disabled in China . The research results show that the lack of employment guidance of Disabled Students ' difficulties in finding jobs and higher education , government laws and regulations in general terms does not refine our overall quality of social discrimination and disabled college students , and pointed out that the institutional level of social exclusion , social exclusion and cultural resource allocation cognitive aspects of social exclusion is the deeper reason . In this study, by exploring the plight of the Graduate Employment of Persons with Disabilities and the reason the combination of useful experience and methods developed countries Graduate Employment of Persons with Disabilities and relevant preferential policies to improve the Graduate Employment of Persons with Disabilities , according to China's national conditions , and guide the community to eliminate persons with disabilities students discrimination and prejudice , and strengthen the Disabled Students' Overall quality of education , strengthen the construction of professional employment agencies is the main way to solve the dilemma of our Graduate Employment of Persons with Disabilities .
