Abstract


With the rapid development of the world economy and the ever-accelerating process of globalization , the service-oriented government has become the main objective of the reform of the world administrative mode , and our service-oriented government building obviously can not respond to this challenge , in this case , reflect on the theoretical support of the service-oriented government building , clear of local government in the dominant position in the construction of a service-oriented government analysis of local service-oriented government system problems and their innovative behavior is of great significance . In recent years, the the Yandu government in building service-oriented government many beneficial practice and exploration . However, due to the theoretical research on the service-oriented government building is not perfect , it is the lack of local service-oriented government building , Yandu government building service-oriented government programs and construction practice , there are still many shortcomings . The paper has systematically summarizes the theory and practice of service-oriented government building , actual binding Yandu government , explore local services government system innovation , hope that to some extent the guidance and promote our local service-oriented government building practice .
