Abstract


The purpose of this paper is to discuss the franchise what distribution mode is the best. The paper first to unified distribution and nonuniform distribution of storage cost and transportation cost are analyzed, so as to obtain uniform distribution under storage cost down and transportation cost rising conclusion; After further research, this paper puts forward from the point of view of logistics cost saving unified distribution better judgment. Then the article use an example to validate the above propositions. In this paper the influence of the distribution way several other factors were discussed, and finally draw the following conclusion: the scale of the permission to use the same distribution; In unity distribution such as a suitable partner, should distribution business outsourcing to a third party logistics service provider.
