Abstract


Grade Rank system is based on organizational strategy , in accordance with the nature of work in different companies all positions will be divided into a corresponding number of \, thus forming grades rank system , a \Grade Rank system platform includes three parts: Grade Rank criteria for the classification system , Grade Rank system qualification standards, grades rank grading system evaluation criteria . By Grade Rank System Platform , for software companies to attract, retain , motivate and develop corporate human resources required to provide a solid foundation, but to Grade Rank system as a platform erected enterprises pay system, performance appraisal systems , employee career development paths, such as recruitment and training system , to form a complete and unified whole, coordinated and complementary , to better serve the overall development strategy . Based on the comprehensive domestic and foreign grades rank system related theoretical study , based on the unified grades ranks related concepts for grades rank system and grades rank system platform connotation redefined using the theoretical research and empirical analysis combination of methods, for grades rank systems theory and software industry research , through the typical software enterprise human resource management analysis of the characteristics to construct the appropriate software enterprise grade rank system platform and its software business applications were empirical research . This paper through the research of typical diagnostic software companies , as well as corporate strategy , organization and processes, job content combing realization of human resource management software to change the way I hope that through Grade Rank system platform for research , to adapt them to the current managing change and business development needs, found that companies in the survival and development process of some bottlenecks and obstacles , solve related problems , and hope to be in a similar enterprise promotion and application .
