Abstract


Financial reports are the core financial accounting, corporate and capital markets as one of the most important among the visible form of communication in strengthening corporate communication with the external environment, the development of capital markets, and promote efficient allocation of resources has played an important role . Based on this, the author introduces high-quality financial reporting Thought (QFR) financial reports of listed companies on China-related issues were discussed, in order to contribute to the improvement of the existing accounting practices for the improvement of our financial reporting play a guiding role ideas. In this paper, the use of standardized research methods. First, China's listed companies to systematically investigate the status of financial reports, financial information to solve the supply and demand huge gap between the introduction of high-quality financial reporting (QFR) ideology, and as a change in the financial reporting of listed companies theoretical basis.
