Abstract


This article stems from the philosophy of Social Sciences in Beijing \With the deepening of reform and opening up and development of market economy , China 's rural financial services is increasing , formal financial services are increasingly unable to meet the demand for rural financial services , due to the lack of functioning of the financial markets in rural microscopic information required formal financial coverage of rural market. Thus , various forms of private finance into being , in the vast rural areas , private financial widespread , a considerable part of the farmers ' demand for capital needs to be met through private financial . Has been the Private Finance often academics and decision-making neglect and even hostility . But that does not mean it is insignificant in economic life . Broadly speaking , the Private Finance is an integral part of the financial system can not play a role in some of the formal financial areas play a supplementary role . This article is based on the theory of money and banking , finance , institutional economics and modern Western economics , use of normative and empirical research method to study the rural private finance . In this paper, the analysis of private financial scale, form, mode , summarizes stage private finance new operating characteristics in the promotion of the private economy and rural economic growth , and that private finance has become an integral part of the rural financial system . Then, through further field on the outskirts of Beijing folk financial investigation , the actual data prove suburb to the microcredit interest-free civil freedom borrowing as the main form of private finance in promoting private investment in the suburbs of Beijing , also contributed a huge force. Subsequently, through a comparative analysis of the financial conditions of overseas countries and regions , rural folk come to common domestic and foreign private financial and heterosexual . Proved private finance at this stage in the presence of China 's vast rural areas is reasonable , correct understanding of the private financial guide the rural private finance to formalize , legalize making to promote the further development of China 's private economy and the rural economy new opportunities.
