Our main purpose is to financial constraints , lack of professionals to provide a reasonably priced Chinese SMEs , easy to use ERP management system . This paper focuses on the small ERP system based on Visual Basic development, the ERP system architecture, implementation techniques and application have been studied and implemented a prototype system .
