Abstract


The comprehensive development of computer networks and communication networks, contributed to the rapid development of intelligent network system in the communications field. Communication network in the direction of development of the past few years has started from the expansion of network capacity to increase and change the direction of the rich business content. Intelligent network system with its own smart business support features are being developed rapidly. Intelligent network technology to provide users a wealth of value-added services as well as the immense business opportunities for many network operators and equipment providers. Since the intelligent network technology network service call switching function and the service control processing function completely separated and execution environment independent of the business specific business provided, so as to achieve the purpose of concentrated in a telecommunications network, rapid business. Intelligent network can not only provide value-added services, and its architecture is ideal for the telecommunications market opening required number of non-value-added services (for example: the number portability service, etc.). The birth of intelligent network technology to fundamentally change the traditional way of telecommunication network business, no doubt this is a major change in the history of the development of telecommunications network technology. 200 business development based on traditional switch very quickly, brought considerable benefits to operators. But as your business grows, the traditional 200 services can not meet the needs of existing customers. As we all know, the 200 business is a typical pre-paid card service, showed poor flexibility defects in actual use, such as: the exhaustion of the amount on the card can no longer recharge, valid restrictions, can only provide voice call and so on. In order to solve these shortcomings of the existing smart business, smart business group has developed a new 188 smart business, it is also a card service, but it is the next-generation network (NGN)-based card service, it has a debit card features, not limited validity period, recharge, and can provide new features such as video calls. 188 business to enhance the traditional 200 business functions. It can be expected, it is the future mainstream card service. The article is structured as follows: Chapter 1 introduces the social background of intelligent network technology, the intelligent network service application status. Chapter 2 introduces the principle and the course of development of the intelligent network, and the direction of development of the fixed intelligent network. Chapter 3 studies the intelligent network of several important topics, focuses on the the SCP and SS7 mechanism. Chapter 4 introduces intelligent value-added services mainly used. The fifth chapter gives the full set of 188 business solutions, combined with the results of their research focuses on the theory and design of the SSP part to achieve.
