Abstract


Intelligent network is an architect that can implement large varieties of new business rapidly, conveniently, flexibly, economically and efficiently. The core idea of the intelligent network is to restrict some functionalities of the switch system in order to separate the business from the information switch. By doing so the original switch machine will only in charge of the switch function, and the business will be handled by specialized computer business platform. With the experience of system support for TJCNC intelligent network and the involvement in the construction of the Tianjin Telephone Intelligent Network and the expansion project of the TJCNC Intelligent Network (phase II), I’ve done in-depth study to the system architect and the related theory of the mobile intelligent network, and then work out the construction plan and expansion scheme for the TJCNC Intelligent Network to implement the application for multiple businesses onto the intelligent network.Firstly In this thesis, the development history and the implement principle of the intelligent network is introduced, the physical architect and the concept model of the intelligent network is presented, and the application status of the intelligent network inside TJCNC as while as the progress of the TJCNC Intelligent Network construction will be described according to the facts of the TJCNC Intelligent Network development history and the emerging business development. Based on this, the construction plan, design method and the expansion plan for the design of the net-cell is discussed according to the facts of the TJCNC.Secondly, the SIB implementing the intelligent business is presented for the intelligent network. Different kind of business can be supported by flexible combination of the SIB. In the meantime, the next generation of the integrated intelligent network (eg. 3G and other switch network platform) is discussed with the illustration of the theory and the method of the implementation as while as the trend of the evolution of the integrated intelligent network.
