Abstract


This article describes the research and implementation of the technical specifications of the citizen card project . IC card technology at home and abroad , the people of Beijing card construction plan , the overall design of the citizen card technical specifications and citizen card application-specific research and implementation work . First , the article describes the current major domestic and international IC card technology and type a brief description and comparison of domestic and international IC card application . Next, focus on the the Beijing IC card application description and analysis of the city IC card application urgent need for integration by proposing the introduction of the concept of the citizen card , highlighting the citizen card , \the citizen card overall design of the construction and application ideas are discussed. Next, the article key links - Citizen Card Technical Specification for Beijing citizen card project was introduced. Including the purpose and significance of the Citizen Card normative IC card technology at home and abroad specification introduced , and based on the Beijing citizen card technical specifications of the design method and program . Finally , the article focuses on the technical specifications citizen card is an important component part - the public card application specification content , the part of the contents of both the citizen card technical specifications different from other IC card specification essence , I spend a lot of effort focuses on the part , so a more detailed description .
