Abstract


Regional economy has always been a major impact for a country's economic development, regional economic development in China is more special. To the present, the other regions, compared with the eastern, not only in the economic stock and have a great gap between the speed of development. In this context, I have completed this thesis. Article mainly just to show that the two problems, First, the impact of China's regional economic development factors; simple to discuss possible regional development strategy. The influencing factors analysis is divided into two parts, internal and external causes. Internal analysis of the neoclassical economic model to analyze the production of various regions of the country, the use of the method of measurement of the regional panel data analysis, the establishment of a regional production function equation. This production function is a general Cobb-Douglas production function is clearly different, output per capita and per capita capital stock in the previous year same power. External cause analysis, by using established production function to examine the impact of national policy tilt of the regional capital flows in 2000, taking into account the indirect effect of state tax incentives and policies to facilitate the system will bring the cumulative change excluded indirect effects on the basis, by calculating the gap between the eastern, central and western 2000 theory of capital stock and actual capital stock to examine the regional capital flows, to come to the east and west of the capital outflow area, the central capital inflows region. Edge due to the special circumstances in Liaoning Province, the article exclude Liaoning Province, to re-examine the regional capital flows come to the eastern and central capital inflows District, western capital outflow area. Therefore, the conclusion of this article is: In 2000, China's western provinces is capital outflow region, while the central capital inflows region, in the eastern part of Liaoning is a capital outflow other capital inflows areas. For the regional development strategy articles from both national and regional levels to discuss, the study emphasizes the building of the system of regional policy at the national level, through the establishment of a principal-agent model, and a combination of Liszt, off the full view of Bo and Arrow , delved into the meaning of the opportunity cost of the strategy of the implementation of the division of work in a region. Regional interest compensation mechanism and regional benefit-sharing mechanism is the key to the system of regional policy \For the micro-level, the article discusses the logical relationship between the selection criteria of the regional industrial structure, pointed to accelerate regional development, should be combined investment and regional industrial planning, but also focus on the improvement of their own quality, to strive to improve the region's productivity level .
