Abstract


Since the founding , and especially since the reform and opening up , China 's construction industry a huge change , outstanding contributions to national economic growth , constantly optimize the industrial structure , technical level improved steadily , gradually formed a new construction system . With China's accession to the World Trade Organization , the low levels of economic efficiency of the Chinese construction enterprises , capital operation ability is not strong , and the technical and management level is not high , the lack of the weakness of their own core competitiveness constantly exposed , it is difficult to compete with international construction group . China Railway Construction Corporation has a glorious history as a large state-owned construction enterprise groups , its system of strategic research , to establish a clear development strategy to improve the Group 's core competitiveness , survival and development in the fierce market competition in the future very necessary.
