Abstract


The development of socialism in China is full of frustrations and value of human rights in constitution keeps on developing around construction of the human rights system of socialism. Although China had been in a situation without constitution and human rights for a long time in great proletarian cultural revolution ,socialism constitution still insists and makes the value of human rights up to be the first constitution value . The way of looking for to communicate with outside world and construction of human rights in China is full of frustrations. Face for attack and pressure from outside world ,China insists on leading by Communist party of China ,Marxism and <United Nations declaration> all the time .It always begins with Chinese constitution to find a special way of human rights construction .The value of human rights in constitution gives a way of billons of Chinese people to build their own human rights system .From awarding of basic political rights and free to people ,to read human rights in constitution ;from reform and opening-up to constructive scientific thought of development ,value of human rights makes sure Chinese legislation ,law enforcement and justice developing to the right direction ,at the same time ,it also provides preface and criterion for international human rights value of China .China has made large contribution to international peace and development which are basic on by operation of constitution and by operation of human rights .Human rights value in the constitution of China is the logos of all the Chinese and the whole history of human rights value ,it is the same with characteristic of China socialism which have made a important point in the history of China human rights in today’s constitution is written clearly in textbook as a constitution principle .It guides all the law specialized filed students to study and research our constitution that reflects the way of human rights building and human rights law construction .
