Abstract


Dynamic comprehensive evaluation of Large-scale Construction Project is adaptation of socialism economic market development, is consolidation of investing and financing reform and is potentiation of administration and supervision under the market economy. The topic < National High Technology Research and Development 863 Plan: national Great Construction Projects dynamic monitor and the evaluation index sign system> has a series system of supervision and evaluation for whole lifecycle construction project, further more, the system will cooperate both information system and scientific dynamic evaluation method base on practical environment. According to hereinabove, we try to create a series system of dynamic comprehensive evaluation for whole lifecycle of Large-scale Construction Project, which aims to services supervision and evaluation of our domestic Large-scale Construction Project with a elements in both theory and technology, and the system is valuable in exoterica and practice.First of all, we clarify the importance and requisite to study the method of dynamic comprehensive evaluation for Large-scale Construction Project;in the next place, according to world wide project evaluation research state, we should give a priority at studying of dynamic comprehensive evaluation in process of Large-scale Construction Project;and then, we make a definition of dynamic comprehensive evaluation of Large-scale Construction Project, which describe dynamic evaluation with three main parts: the dynamic of index system, the dynamic of index emphasis, and the dynamic of evaluation method;we design the system of dynamic comprehensive evaluation for Large-scale Construction Project according to the analyses and the summarize of common comprehensive evaluation and the trait in different stages of significant construction project;improve AHP method with the aim of dynamic evaluation in the earlier stage of project, solve the expert judgment matrix not easy satisfy the possible inconformity of the consistency condition and an opinion of experts of weakness of the calculate;Expect the method of the fuzzy optimization theories and the BP nerve network theories combine together, get the heavy adjustment model of the BP neural network model with fuzzy optimization, as the method of dynamic evaluation in the middle and later stage of project;pass the case example detailed introduction process dynamic state evaluation method how to applied in the fulfillment;analyze the PCA method of the stage summary evaluation, point out the problem in the application existent and the counterplan thatdefinitely put forward solving;in the end, put forward the suggestion towards carrying out this dynamic comprehensive evaluation method system.
