Abstract


Photocatalytic oxidation technology is a new water treatment technology developed in recent years , because it efficiently , without secondary pollution by the attention of scholars at home and abroad . Low quantum efficiency and recycling difficulties and shortcomings limit its industrial promotion application photocatalyst TiO 2 is a typical representative of the traditional methods exist , scholars actively carried out in this aspects of systems research , including the TiO 2 catalyst surface modification, immobilization of heavy metals deposition , compound semiconductor , doped with rare earth elements and other technologies . The topics to attapulgite and tetrabutyl titanate , etc. as raw materials , prepared load TiO 2 attapulgite photocatalyst composites , calcination temperature , calcination time and TiO 2 load of different factors on the photocatalytic activity of the product , the experimental acid red GR photocatalytic degradation process object , combined with X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) , transmission electron microscopy (TEM) characterization methods , composites conditions in the photocatalytic activity relationships . XRD and TEM tests showed some heat treatment temperature range the higher the temperature , the more obvious the product crystallized . The experimental results show that : different composite condition product is different from the effects of the photocatalytic degradation of acid red GR 2 < / sub > the photocatalyst composite Attapulgite calcination temperature of 700 ° C , load TiO is the TiO 2 / attapulgite mass ratio of 40%, and the calcination time of 2h under the condition of having a good photocatalytic activity . To a homemade the load TiO 2 the attapulgite photocatalysts composite as photocatalyst , UV lamp as the light source , Acid Scarlet GR simulated pollutants photocatalytic reaction affect the speed of response to further explore relevant factors , such as pollutant initial concentration , the amount of catalyst , pH value and the LH model their dynamics fit . Experimental results show that : the load TiO 2 attapulgite photocatalyst dosage 1.5g / L, pH value of 1 under the conditions of high removal rate of acid red GR .
