In this paper, the series resonant induction heating power as the research object , analyzes the development of modern induction heating status and trends of several of the more common way power adjustment to be introduced , and select the sweep control as the control scheme of this topic for sweep control some aspects to be highlighted , combined with practical , on the practical application of the closed loop power adjustment parameter selection , as well as limit the phase ring design and other practical circuit design to be described. Developed a super audio power . Targeted at low-impedance load, sweep control angle appears shutdown , the shutdown current is too large problems and take the current and phase dual feedback strategy , making the low- impedance shutdown current is reduced , while the new control under the rated impedance when power adjustment phenomenon exists not controllable region , has taken a disguised position feedback proportional coefficient strategy , making the nominal impedance of the power is not controllable region greatly reduced, and the establishment of a phase feedback scale factor and phase angle limit the relationship between tables , which is the actual debugging parameter selection , there are certain practical significance. Finally, the actual experimental verification of the above conclusions for the series resonant voltage- protection issues , this paper analyzes several short case inverter operating state analysis, the corresponding protection programs. Finally, for the induction heating of the expansion problems of a more promising topology , LLC resonant load , a more detailed analysis of the load characteristics of this topology , and this topology between the LC conversion, and in the actual application should be noted that some of the features elaborated with respect to the LC series resonance , LLC in induction heating expansion has topology advantage, LLC topology Two Parallel inhibition mechanism of the circulation are analyzed , in order to lay the foundation for future research work .
