Abstract

This paper studies the aerobic biological adsorbent the anaerobic biological adsorbent and SBR Biosorbent heavy metal ions Cu 2 < / sup> Fe 3 < / sup> Mn 2 , Zn 2 adsorption . Biosorbent factor , adsorption thermodynamics laws and adsorption kinetics of the adsorption of metal ions affect the optimum conditions for adsorption , and provides a theoretical basis for the Biosorption of heavy metals in waste water utilization in the actual production . The main results of the experiment : the microorganisms in aerobic biological adsorbent for gram-negative bacilli , the anaerobic microorganisms biosorbent mainly Gram-positive bacilli and cocci , SBR Biosorbent microorganisms mainly Gram-positive cocci. pH is an important factor affecting the biosorption biological adsorbent for the adsorption of heavy metal ions removal rate increased with increasing pH value . Under the experimental conditions , the three biosorbents for Cu 2 , Mn, 2 < / sup> Zn 2 adsorption pH 5 , Fe 3 best adsorption pH 2.5 . The anaerobic biological adsorbent and SBR biological adsorbent for the adsorption of metal ions removal efficiency higher than aerobic biological adsorbent adsorption of heavy metal ions removal . In the temperature range of 10 ℃ ~ 30 ℃ temperature rise 20 ℃, the adsorption of metal ions removal rate increased by less than 5% . Therefore , the temperature biosorbent to remove metal ions have little effect . As the the biosorbent concentration increases , the amount of adsorbent adsorption of heavy metals increases . Biosorbent thermodynamic process of adsorption of metal ions can be used Langmuir, Freundlich the Thermodynamics equation description . Three biosorbent metal ion adsorption kinetics with an adsorption rate Lagergren equation proposed and less Lagergren the two adsorption rate equation , but with good fitting .
