Abstract


Abstract: the group incidents as social security class public crisis in China in recent years, is facing more serious social problem, can effectively prevent and deal with the colony accidents, related to China's political stability, economic development and social harmony. At present our country the system mechanism is not perfect and imperfect, how to face and deal with the crisis, test the Chinese leaders at all levels of political wisdom and moral accomplishment and leadership in the new period, also is an important part of the study of leadership. This paper holds that the colony accidents leadership elements include not only the leader ability, but also is the leader of the maturity and mechanism of adaptability, through in recent years happened more group incident analysis and comparison, we can find out the lack of leadership in the three aspects of specific performance and the reason, and sums up the previous leadership promotion effect is the sticking point of the leadership, improve as leader personal task, has neglected the subordinate and the masses and system and mechanism of the synchronous ascension. Based on this, this paper puts forward the group incidents leadership promotion new ideas and new measures.
