Abstract


The GEM market officially opened on October 23, 2009 board, the launch of the GEM is of great significance to improve our multi-level capital market system, broaden the financing channels for SMEs, and promote the development of the venture capital industry. GEM launched less than a year's time, stock prices are frequent rises and falls, the price-earnings ratio remains high, the problems that the current GEM unreasonable, run earlier in the GEM detailed system of its sustainable development The research is extremely necessary. This paper uses a comparative analysis and qualitative analysis method to study countermeasures for the sustainable development of China's GEM market, the thesis is divided into six chapters: The first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of the thesis, the domestic and foreign research status quo as well as this article the main content. The second chapter describes the two basic theory - the theory of venture capital and sustainable development theory thesis writing. The third chapter describes the development process of China's GEM, analysis of the the GEM status quo in China from three aspects of the operation mechanism, listed companies and investors, and pointed out that the problems the GEM in these areas exist. Chapter from the operating mechanism listed companies as well as investors on the U.S. Nasdaq, AIM and Hong Kong GEM analysis, summarizes our lessons GEM construction should. The fifth chapter analyzes the conditions for the sustainable development of the GEM should have, the better development of China's GEM countermeasures from three angles of the government, listed companies and investors. The sixth chapter is a summary of this article, and made the prospect of development of the GEM. The construction of the GEM requires the joint efforts of the government, enterprises, investors, and other parties. The Government in accordance with the development of the GEM, and constantly adjust the listing standards, improve operational mechanism and related legal, to find reasonable GEM market positioning, and gradually form a wide range of industry distribution and to institutional investors of listed companies is a leading investor structure. The enterprises should continue to improve corporate governance, establish credibility mechanism. Education should strengthen their risk for investors, and gradually develop a mature and rational investors. GEM among enterprises and investors should cooperate with each other and promote each other, and finally to the GEM market healthy and sustainable development, and to achieve a win-win situation for the three. Growth Enterprise Market (GEM), the Chinese government has been holding the encouraging attitude, China has a large number of high-quality SME GEM listing of resources, these laid the foundation for the development of the GEM. The GEM market should have broad prospects for development, I believe that under government guidance and market participants in the efforts of the parties in the next few years, China's GEM market like NASDAQ bred Microsoft Intel the world's top enterprises, in order to make due contributions to China's economic take-off.
