Abstract


Starting from the basic theory of sustainable development , to start industrial structure in Hebei Province and the relationship of the resources, the environment , the use of other methods of comparison and prediction , Hebei Province, the industrial structure and development . Evaluation index system build capacity for sustainable development in Hebei Province , and the use of principal component analysis method to calculate changes in the ability to measure sustainable development in Hebei Province , and further application of correlation analysis methods to identify the relationship between the capacity for sustainable development and economic and industrial structure to analyze this stage capacity for sustainable development in Hebei Province with the requirements of the economic structural adjustment . Came to the conclusion based on the sustainable development of the industrial structure optimization strategy : (1) to further consolidate the foundation of agriculture , and enhance the overall competitiveness of the agricultural industrialization and modernization of agriculture ; ( 2 ) to promote the upgrading of industrial structure transformation , and enhance sustainable industrial development capacity. ( 3 ) the development of modern services and expand the service industry development space .
