Abstract


The basic concept of the universal service is that all citizens are able to apply, affordable electricity service . The main purpose of this project work is around the \basic data of Gansu Province , the economic efficiency of power social universal service residents withstand the force and service effective depth analysis ; universal service implementation has been achieved and the problems based on the analysis results are summarized , and put forward the corresponding power universal service recommendations .
