Abstract


\General contractor means complicated work and a huge responsibility , foreign to accept the supervision and management of the owners, supervision , create a good environment for construction operations internally for many subcontractors . In this paper, a typical domestic electric power construction general contracting projects , starting from the analysis of the contract , to discuss the contract to bring the general contractor 's risk . As the goal, to reduce the risk for the owner and the subcontractor , general contractor need to do a good job in the optimization of a network and the secondary network of human resource planning and human resources management . Article in accordance with the various stages of the development of a project , starting from the point of view of the general contractor , the specific to the general contractor of the project management and construction practice effective solution ideas and methods to solve the general contractor and the owner , with a total manage content between the contractor and subcontractors , project management ideas and methods of another point of view .
