Abstract


The western region of our country includes 12 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the area is up to 6,380,000 sq. km., which accounts for 71.5 of the whole national area, and the population is 360 million. Because of the limitations of historical development and one’s own condition, the economic development in west is always behind the east and the middle part. Moreover the economic development of the west is very important to the steadiness and prosperity to the whole area.Our country has started the develop-the-west strategy, the national government offers the west a large amount of financial support and policy in order to promote the development of western economy, and attract talents. But because the difference of one’s own condition in the western region and university student individual ,university students obtain employment in eastern large and medium cities and coastal area in order to choose primarily still, there are relatively less ones that choose the west for obtain employment, there are less ones that really go to the west to obtain employment. Among them the graduate in some west is unwilling to stay in the west too, they want to get outside the west. Obtaining employment in west of university students is an important problem that our country faces presently.This paper is being commented on the foundation about the fact that the employment theory and employment current situation which are being studied both at home and abroad, analyze the environment of employment of west of university students and current situation, and find the situation of employment of west of university students is not very optimistic. The article is on the basis of collecting a large amount of reliable, full and accurate data materials, and the current situation set out to obtain employment from the western current situation and university student both macroscopically and microcosmically. Because the attraction of talents of the western region is weaker than that of the east, it has a phenomenon that talents flow to the east oneself, it is relatively difficult to obtain employment after presenting east of the university students of our country, and the western talent’s phenomenon in short supply. Encourage and promote university students to west can relieve the current situation of high pressure of obtaining employment at present while obtaining employment to the west, the distribution human resources that it can be rational, realize university student’s personal value and the education incomes of the family, school and society, at the same time to promote the development of western regional economy and technology better. According to reality of ourcountry, latter half of article put forward some promotion of our country university student policy of employment, expects can really pushing university student to west for obtaining employment effectively, and accomplish individual and common development of western region.
