Abstract


Our country has experienced 20 years of reform, has always maintained a high economic growth and rapid development of various undertakings . Increasing degree of market economy , the socialist market economy system has been basically established . However, our investment in human capital and human capital market building there are obvious hysteresis. With economic development, capital formation , human capital than physical capital and financial capital to play a more important role. Whether it is for the country's overall economic growth , or for corporate personality development, human capital is essential. This paper studied the human capital theory and the theory of human capital investment , approaches and characteristics , analysis of the human capital of their ownership of the natural characteristics of the carrier 's property rights , human capital investors can come and human capital carrier separation , if an enterprise for employees investment in human capital , it will take some risks . Then , using game theory and information economics knowledge , from the microscopic point of view of the enterprise human capital investment in the presence of various game relationship , focusing on the enterprise in the recruitment process encountered adverse selection causes and mechanism of formation , that the traditional educational signaling theory does not solve the real problems our country is proposed to avoid adverse selection methods, namely enterprises to establish long-term incentives and good reputation mechanisms , a fundamental solution to the problem of adverse selection . Third, were analyzed for general corporate employees and managers who invest in human capital issues , for the general staff, and the companies jointly bear the costs of training , revenue sharing is very useful ; while for managers, the dominant incentive effect is not obvious , the credibility of its constraints is crucial.
