Abstract


This article tries to analyze that , in terms of economic theory and practice of socio-economic , private banks have a need for its existence , and reasonable ; and based on this basis , it is envisaged that a Chinese private banking market access ideas . The article first defines the concept of private banks , to determine the object of this paper . And then use the framework of institutional economics , elaborated on the theoretical basis for the existence and development of private banks , in a bid for the following analysis provides a solid theoretical platform . On the basis of theoretical analysis , articles and focus instead on the real economic life in China . A prominent problem facing China 's financial reform : in the process of China 's socialist market economy , a variety of levels , the development of the various components of the economic system , with a single financial system structure inherently balance. This imbalance of the current financial system makes market access for private banks to become the inevitable choice of China's financial system innovation . Performing the above analysis and learn from other countries and the private banking market access lessons learned on the basis of the article reveals China 's private banking market access problem solved , put forward the principle of China's private banking market access that the market access of private banks in China should adhere to the principle of moderate , progressive and orderly , the first based on the establishment of small and medium-sized community banks , following the result of natural selection of the market , and follow the objective laws of economic development . Market access of private banks in China , the fourth part of the article the basic institutional framework design elaborate system of preparation necessary to achieve market access for private banks , both from the external system and internal system to design a feasible implementation programs .
