Abstract


Form of organization of the securities investment fund topics, the use of the principle of the Law and Economics semantic analysis, comparative analysis, economic analysis, historical investigation, logical reasoning, research methods, the theoretical basis of the form of organization of the securities investment fund, qualitative positioning , organizational structure, advantages and defects, refactoring envisaged in areas such as systems to explore and study, designed to deepen the understanding of the rational form of organization of the securities investment fund to promote the improvement and innovation of the system.
