Abstract


With development of incorporate world economy, the internationalization competition is more and more intense. Enterprises also face rapidly changing external environment. Day by day, the distribution channel has become the focus which enterprises pay attention to and compete in. Grasping the channel has certainly become the winning key factor in the market.In developed countries, windows and doors developing in the direction of diversification, upgrading, energy conservation and humanities. Along with our country real-estate industry swift and violent growth and the infrastructure investment is enlarged, our country’s plastic windows and doors huge development.New Materials Company of Hunan Wuqiang is facing with the fierce market competition, are in extremely disadvantageous market position as small and medium enterprises.Overall to say, now the development trend of distribution channel is towards multi-programming, termination and flat.The new situation of distribution channel’s development indicates the direction for optimizing the construction. There are a series of problems in New Materials Company of Hunan Wuqiang distribution channels: the pattern limits not clear, the channel function not perfect. The channel cost is high and the channel conflict occurs now and then and so on. Channel transform is inevitable.The distribution channel is optimized and influenced by environmental factor, product factor, competition factor, market factor and enterprises’ own factor. According to the drawback that exists in New Materials Company of Hunan Wuqiang, in the concrete countermeasure, optimize the channel structure, strengthen the channel member to manage, sharpen the channel conflict management ability;Strengthen the promotion and market information management.
