Abstract


Background of rural public health is to prevent disease , to ensure the health of rural residents basic guarantees basic work. Currently the existing three network of health is difficult to assume that rural public health work of the task, preventive health care in rural areas is still very grim task . Rural public health service objectives can not be achieved , the key still lies in rural public health system out of the question . Current research focuses on the theoretical level to demonstrate the government 's role in rural public health , as well as focusing on the study of rural public health system and improve the building . The logic is that that government investment in rural public health system and structural settings and functions , the goal of public health services in rural areas will be automated. Reality of rural public health system and operational mechanism set up so that we recognize that the deviation can be used to communicate and to study micro and macro \Objective To study the objective is to carry out microscopic model of rural public health system of empirical research . Rational choice theory to build rural public health systems research framework , and using structural equation modeling microscopic model for empirical research . Designed to verify the actions of rural residents will help achieve the goals of public health services , rural public health system design should pay attention to the rights and obligations of rural residents .
