Abstract

The lack of protein feed is a worldwide problem, and the developed composite protein feed is one of the effective ways to solve this problem. This study aims to develop a composite protein feed as substitutes for soybean meal to reduce feed costs, to ensure normal production and sales of feed, to promote the healthy development of the aquaculture industry. The test according to the basic principles of animal nutrition, feed nutrition economics theory, the use of a variety of materials with a reasonable supplemented additive adjustment, combined with effective amino acids to protect the processing method, corn gluten meal, cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal and DDGS ( Dialillers Drier Grains plus Solubles lees and their residues) as raw material mixed in different proportions, developed a composite protein feed SSM (Substitute for Soybean Meal) and is used to completely replace soybean meal in growing-finishing pigs. The growth and development of similar tests selected, weighs about 45kg Landrace × Large White binary barrows 48 to take a single factor randomized trials, divided into four groups, each group two repetitions, each repeated 6 column. Test Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ group were used (corn gluten meal 0.4, cottonseed meal 0.3, DDGSO.15, rapeseed meal 0.13, lysine 0.018, additives 0.002) in the the SSM 1 SSM: (corn gluten powder 0.4, Mianpo 0.4 DDGSO.18, lysine 0.018, additive 0.002) SSM 3 (0.43 of corn gluten meal, cottonseed meal 0.37, and DDGS0.18, lysine, 0.018, additives 0.002) instead of growing-finishing pig diets soybean meal (13%). Compare three kinds of the SSM composite protein feed for growing-finishing pigs growing-finishing performance, physiological and biochemical parameters in the blood, immune indicators, hormone indicators, fecal flora, carcass quality, nutrient apparent digestibility and cost-effective analysis. The results showed that: ① compared with the control group, the test Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ group daily gain of 0.19% (P gt; 0.05), 0.88% (P gt; 0.05), 1.39% (P gt; 0.05). By comparison, the most obvious improvement of production performance of the test group III; compared with the control group, the test Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ group of crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, crude ash, calcium, phosphorus the apparent digestibility differences are was not significant (P gt; 0.05); compared with the control group, the test Ⅰ, Ⅱ, group III blood physiological (WBC, RBC, HGB, MCHC, MCV, MCH, HCT, PLT), serum biochemistry (blood sugar, blood calcium , phosphorus, total cholesterol, total protein, globulin, albumin, BUN, AKP, LDH, GOP, GPT,), immune (IgG), hormones (GH, T- 3 , T 4 ) and other indicators of the differences were not significant (P gt; 0.05) compared with the control group: ④ test Ⅰ, II, the group Ⅲ fecal flora (Escherichia coli, Lactobacillus) the differences were not significant (P gt ; 0.05): ⑤ compared with the control group, the test Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ group carcass quality indicators (rate of slaughter, ham percentage eye plot area) did not differ significantly with (gt; 0.05); the ⑥ trial I, Ⅱ III group and the control group in each pig fattening phase net income of 176.63 yuan, 187.88 yuan and 205.86 yuan, 173.91 yuan, compared with the control group, the test Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ group revenue of 2.72 yuan, 13.97 yuan , 31.95 yuan, considerable economic benefits. In summary, all three kinds of the SSM composite protein feed substitute for soybean growing-finishing pigs growing-finishing performance, physiological and biochemical parameters in the blood, immune indicators, hormone indicators, fecal flora, carcass quality, nutrient digestibility without adverse effects; feed costs greatly reduced compared with the control group, and improve economic efficiency.
