Abstract


Teaching ethics is the highest embodyment of the school culture and the coagulation of teachers’ quality and the spiritual feature .The function of the ideological and political education, which reflects the principles of education and teaching, teachers’ personality, teaching style and teaching method, includes the function of the guidance of values, the function of the ideological assurance, the function of the personality demonstration and the function of the spiritual encouragement. This is an aspect. Another aspect importantly analyzes the influence that teaching ethics put to the contemporary university students at first, that is, the influence of world outlook, life outlook, value outlook, thought, mental state and behavior. During this process teaching ethics has the characteristics of permeability, demonstration and duality to exerts an imperceptibly influence on the contemporary university students, demonstrates teachers’ personality and coordinate teachers and students. The next part is the way to strengthen the construction of teaching ethics and promote university students who have good ideological and political moral qualities. It refers to the development that cultivates for teachers’ morals, the exaltation and the improvement of the teaching level, resolving teachers’ actual problem, optimizing the teachers’ troops and strengthening the construction of the school spirit And while strengthening the construction of teaching ethics, it must hold three principles: directive principle, creative principle and principle of imparting knowledge and educating students. With this, it can make invisible function of teaching ethics develop well, thus affecting actively and positively the formation and development of the ideological and political moral qualities of the university students.
