Abstract


Since the 1980s, the countries of the world set off a boom of teacher education research. The turn of the century, China vigorously promote the eighth curriculum reform process on the basis of the same time, also in promoting the development of teacher professionalization and teacher education specialization. Teachers are the key factor in this new curriculum reform. High quality teachers, the promotion of quality education can not eventually achieve innovation and education is just a slogan. Therefore, we must accelerate the pace of reform in teacher education, deepen the educational reform, adjusting the training specifications, reform teaching methods and means of science settings disciplines and professional, reform of teacher personnel training mode, to adapt to the needs of the reform and development of basic education. Based on the new curriculum reform and teacher specialization, background analysis of the traditional and the reality of teachers' training model drawbacks proposed constructing strategy of China's new teacher training model. The thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is an introduction. This section briefly describes the significance of the present study, the nature of domestic the research state as well as research, ideas and methods, and pointed out the urgent need for teacher training model in China in transition and reconstruct. The second part of this paper defined the meaning of the personnel training mode, to clarify the elements of teacher training model and its characteristics. The third part through the traditional teacher training model defects reality drawbacks, pointed out that our teacher training model transformation Motivation and inevitability. The fourth part of the first proposed value orientation of our teacher training model transformation, then elaborated a strategy to construct China's new teacher training model: science set of disciplines and professional, to promote the professional development of teachers; to adjust curriculum proportion structure, highlight the professional status of teachers; focus teaching methods emphasize teaching humane care; pre-post-integration, and promote lifelong teacher education; training mode diversified; implementation of the authority of the teacher certification system. Innovative research methods and research perspective, the new curriculum reform and teacher professionalization as a starting point to explore the teachers' training model; proposed a series of new teacher training model construction strategy.
