Abstract


In the market economy, the fund is the essential element for the business enterprise which is engaged in various economic activities.For a company, how to profit and admeasure from raising and operating funds shows the ability and the effect of the funds control.Funds management became an important content and key point of the finance management. Along with the gradual deepening reform of state-owned enterprises, funds management method keeps moving forward with innovation. Centralized funds management mode becomes a useful pattern for large-scaled enterprise and group to enhance funds management and to control funds.The research object of this article is the centralized funds management mode of Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau (LPEB), which is a subordinate of China National Petroleum Corporation. This article described the background, the practice process, the final result and the problem of the centralized funds management of LPEB.By means of case analyzing at the second half-part of this article, through those methods, such as comparative analysis, factor analysis…etc, the problems of the centralized funds management of LPEB were analyzed in detail. And, using the centralized funds management pattern of China National Petroleum Corporation for reference, bring forward the feasible improvement scheme.Finally, as concluded at the end:although the centralized funds management mode has been proved an effective and useful pattern for the large business enterprise group, in order to catch up with the development of business enterprise, there still have places to be improved. We all know that any kind of reform or new mode would meet various difficulties during the period of carrying out. We must ameliorate and consummate it endlessly if we want to obtain anticipant result and expand new way of thinking. Problems always come with developing, and will be resolved with developing, too.Along with the changing of environment and the deepening of the reform, new problem will arise also. During this kind of circulation, valuable experience will be accumulated by those directors, and enterprise will be keep going forward.
