Supervision system of the Chinese Soviet Republic is a relatively large and complex system, mainly by the three parts of the supervision of the Party , the regime institutions supervision, social supervision , where each monitoring system includes a number of subsystems . Chinese Soviet Republic supervision system is an important part of the new democratic political system , but also the source of the supervisory system of socialism with Chinese characteristics . The text of the main part as follows : Chapter 1 : Overview of the general meaning of the Chinese Soviet supervision system to establish the historical background and the composition of the supervisory system of monitoring and supervision system , status and relationships . Chapter II : from inner-party supervision and outside supervision The supervision of the party's history, characteristics and functions . Chapter 3 : discusses the supervision of the Soviet regime , characteristics and functions Soviet Congress of supervision , administrative supervision and judicial oversight of the three forms . Chapter 4: From the three aspects of the monitoring and supervision by public opinion supervision by the masses of workers and peasants , community organizations , to explore the content, form and characteristics of the social supervision . The conclusion : summarizes the characteristics of the Soviet supervision system , and the inspiration of the current supervision system construction were discussed , and its defects and immature .
