Abstract


The development and growth of private higher education in the world trend , is also an important way of popularization of higher education . Private Higher Education in China is still quite backward , so to study the development of private higher education in a very important significance . In this paper, the use of comparative law , analysis of the disadvantages and advantages of private colleges and universities in China , and forecast the future trends of the private colleges . The article mainly six parts : Part I : Introduction , the main object of this paper , research methods and ideas are introduced , private colleges and its related concepts defined Discrimination . The second part : describes the overview of the development of China 's higher education , first longitudinal comparison , show the results of the development of higher education in China , and then horizontal comparison of higher education and the other countries of the world to illustrate the gap between the analysis of the main reason behind our higher education . Part III : Introduction to an overview of the development of private colleges and universities in China , a major analysis of the type of private colleges , the history of the development of private colleges and universities as well as private and public colleges and universities scale development compare . Part IV: do private colleges and public universities comparison , analysis of the comparative disadvantage of private colleges and universities , such as the history of interruption , shortage of funds , mismanagement , legal injustice , and so on , to dissect the root causes behind the development of private colleges and universities . Part V: do private colleges and public universities compare , analyze some of the advantage of the development of the private universities , such as leadership structure is reasonable , streamline administrative body , the historical burden , and operating efficiency significantly , summed up the reasons for rapid development . Part VI of the conclusion , for the future development of the private colleges and universities , due to the impact of the students and the affordability , it is expected that competition will become more intense private universities .
