Abstract


With the deepening of education information, educational technology is becoming one of the world an important means to improve national competition. As we all know, the national competition boils down to education and talent competition. Current educational technique has been widely used in school education. The emergence of educational technology, just like any technological innovation, bring convenience to people at the same time, will give rise to ethical and moral confusion. Educational technology in a positive impact on school education innovation while also inevitably lead to some impact on traditional moral behavior, and then evolved into anomie behavior. Such as: the use of educational technology means violation of the rights of others, quick success, information fraud, manufacture of spam, and even the use of educational technology means crime. This is contrary to social ethics, back to the purpose of the education and training of the people of noble character. Therefore, the importance of the study of ethical issues in school education technology practice, and actively look for preventive measures to establish and improve the practice of educational technology-related ethics system, the maximum to avoid the the misconducts generation has become an urgent need to solve the important problem of the development of educational technology. This paper a survey of school education technology the practice Zhongdao anomie problem, and the causes of the problem and preventive measures. This study consists of five parts: The first part discusses the study of the origins, research status and theoretical basis. The second part, to clarify the normative practice behavior are the basic requirements for the development of educational technology. The third part, through empirical investigation of the behavior of school teachers and students in the educational technology practice.
