Abstract


With the development of computing technology, we have entered the era of network computing era of ubiquitous computing. Pervasive computing environment, on the one hand, a growing number of new devices, services and computational entities on the network, the other hand, human activities showed a high degree of mobility and uncertainty. Human subject in an unfamiliar environment, you need to be everywhere, anytime, anywhere service discovery. These services with the spatial position of close contact, and we call the location-based services. UDDI as a global service publishing and discovery-oriented standard, and the potential advantages of openness and interoperability. But it directly for ubiquitous computing environment to discover the location-based services also exist Two Limitations: First, the lack of a suitable taxonomy LBS services space with fine-grained position even point associated spatial location; Second, the UDDI query processing mechanism based queries and full service properties matching discovery process can not be flexible support location-based services. This paper first discusses the program for LBS services found some support technology, the limitations of UDDI UDDI registry appropriate extension oriented LBS service discovery program and the design of key modules and achieve to do discussed in detail, and by comparison with other existing programs to analyze the advantages and limitations of the program. Finally, to achieve the HHU-LBSSD system to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the program. The main work of this paper are as follows: 1. Existing service discovery program and UDDI technical depth discussion and analysis on a service-oriented LBS found, and the overall structure of the program is done Detailed Description. Detailed analysis and design a program the core module LBSSD system, the main contents include: (1) build LBSSD spatial location model tree hierarchy, allowing external entities informed of the relationship between the spatial structure of the local environment as well as the spatial location ; (2) extend the UDDI geographic information taxonomy to support small granularity spatial location; (3) increase the UDDI proxy layer, provides a spatial-based standard of service found at the same time compatible with the UDDI specification. 3 was constructed based on Java 2 jUDDI the HHU-LBSSD prototype system. The HHU-LBSSD system on behalf of the geographical scope of Hohai University, the who enter the HHU-LBSSD domain users will be able to get local service combined with the location of the user.
