Abstract


Microfinance is a kind of credit for the poor,orignated in Bangladesh from 19th century 70s , and soon extended to Asia, Africa and Latin America and other countries.It was Introduced into china in 1994. Rural credit cooperatives began a pilot in 1999.From then , Microfinance has made a great development and taken a great part in rural Finance.However, in need of risk controlling, Microfinance could not solve the "loans difficult" totally, namely, the effective demand for funds farmers can not be met, while the rural credit cooperatives have a lot of money has not been a reasonable use.Therefore, how to enhance the operation and management establishing risk prevention mechanism of micro-credit, improving the rural credit system is necessary.we take the rural credit cooperatives of Shandong Province as an example,intrduce the development of China’s rural credit cooperatives micro-credit status, obstacles and analysis of the causes, according to documentation and research, point out the main problem of micro-credit and the method of solwing it.Innovations of this article is identifying constraints through market positioning, funding sources, management system and other factors and putting forward the ways to speed up the development of micro-credit.
