Abstract


The search about professional ethics of young.teachers at universities and colleges is a important subject in the development of universities and colleges. The young teachers at universities and colleges are implement the rely on science and education to rejuvenate the nation, the talented person powerful nation, the construction innovation country backbone strength. With in-depth development in Chinese social transition and universities and colleges reform, there are some great changes on the young teachers at universities and colleges. On the one hand, the amount of the young teachers at universities and colleges which has accounted for 38.2% and became the key force. How will the young teacher troop’s occupational ethics condition relate directly to the entire troop’s quality at universities and colleges and the future talented person raise quality. On the other hand, The young teacher’s value idea at universities and colleges also varying degree is under the impact and the influence along with politics multistage, economical globalization and network becoming an information based society development, each kind of thought and the culture collide mutually, they display the of all forms value to lose with confusedly, there appeared the universal occupational ethics to deviate from the norm the phenomenon, this can not but arouse the superintendent’s high interest at universities and colleges.This article frame is composed by three parts. The first, it elaborates the teacher’s professional ethics scientific connotation, fully elaborates the main standard and the request of teacher’s professional ethics at universities and colleges. The second, it summarizes the irregular phenomenon of the young teacher’s professional ethics at universities and colleges, analyzes the harm, reason of the irregularity by humanistic and multiple. The last, discusses the countermeasure of keeping away the irregularity. Form in the research process attention university young teacher’s professional ethics with the development with specialties characterization of time and the regularity, the utilization massive real credible data material conduct the analysis research, achieves the goal of promoting young teacher’s professional ethics .
