Abstract


This thesis is taking the culture industry managements of the Commercial Press (1902~1932)as the contents ,making a detailed analyses about the mode, the feature, the achievements and the advantages and disadvantages of the culture industry of the Commercial Press during this period by using the theories of the culture industry and diversification managements and explaining how the Commercial Press managed successively in such a turbulent years.The whole article is departed as the following three parts: the introduction, the body and the conclusion.The introduction shows the background and the present situation of the research, defines the time and points out the purpose and significance of the thesis.There are four chapters in the body. In the first chapter : on the basis of the showing of the culture industry mode of the early age Commercial Press, the author has a research of how the Commercial Press managed the capital ,established the industry’ s organization and extended the industry’s brand. Then the author analyzes the characters of the Commercial Press’ culture industry managements : persisting on holding the culture as the code all the time, assuring the quality and quantity of each subsidiary industry, having a right attitude to the relationship between the code industry and subsidiary industry and molding heavy enterprise culture, especially researching how the Commercial Press molded the enterprise culture by molding enterprise spirit , encouraging the employees to be creative, promoting the employees’ quality and improving the employees’ conditions of life and work. In the third chapter, the thesis shows the achievements of the Commercial Press through the industry’s group expanded and the capital constantly increased .In the last chapter, the thesis analyzes the several causes that influencing the culture industry’s managements of the Commercial Press, especially analyze how Zhang Yuanji, the most important character of the Commercial Press, affected the culture industry’s managements of the Commercial Press.At last, the article has a conclusion after simply analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the culture industry’s managements of the Commercial Press.
