Abstract

As the economic and social development, the central strengthen land use macro-control policy, and at the same time, a new round of land use planning is in full swing, arising from the total amount of land resources supply and demand contradiction caused wide attention. Land resources are the resources and can not be replaced by the natural environment for human survival and development, land constraints, resources, the environment and economic growth requires contradictions become an important topic to be studied and solved. For this reason, it is very necessary to study the strategic needs of the urban construction land forecasts. On the basis of analysis of domestic and urban construction land predictive Research the theoretical basis of the study suitability evaluation model various types of forecasting methods, and try to build momentum model based on strategic needs of urban construction land forecast using GIS methods of construction land expansion of space law, Deqing County, Zhejiang Province, for example as a case study, case studies and reference methods, to provide a reference for land use planning and urban planning strategy for urban construction land demand forecast. The text is divided into five parts, and its main contents are as follows: The first part is an introduction, mainly on the research background, research significance of the research status at home and abroad, research objectives, research content and research technology roadmap. The second part is the control of urban construction land demand forecast theoretical analysis, classification and characteristics of the construction land, the theoretical basis of urban construction land control and demand forecasting, analysis of the driving force of urban construction land expansion. The third part is the prediction method and its evaluation of urban construction land, system applications of the various types of forecasting methods in forecasting of urban construction land suitability evaluation. The theoretical basis of the analysis of urban construction land expansion of the driving force, the study changed only the urban population as the only variable to predict the traditional practice of urban construction land, try using a combination of quantitative and qualitative build momentum model driven from the population, economy-driven, policy-driven and traffic-driven four to predict the scale of construction land in urban areas. The core content of the prediction model in the urban population as the only variable to predict the preliminary quantitative forecast on the basis of the scale of urban construction land, the introduction of the economic drivers, policy-driven and traffic-driven three major driving factors of the main driving forces of the construction land growth factors its change and development trend analysis, qualitative approach to the regulation of various factors on urban construction land expansion drive coefficient. Researchers can also be based on the actual situation of the study area using the appropriate correction qualitative analysis and semi-quantitative analysis of the predicted results, and further improve the prediction of objectivity and practicality. The fourth part is divided into case studies, the actual situation according to Deqing County, Zhejiang Province, as an example, this paper analyzes the basic overview of the study area and to use momentum model to predict the control needs of urban construction land in the study area, combined with the study area the size of the contribution of various factors on the future expansion of urban scale correction with a parameter and pre-
