Abstract


This paper the use of literature, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and statistics, stratified sampling to select Hubei 14 Normal Colleges and Universities 566 to participate in the student teaching internship in the fall of 2005, the past two years have led experienced internship led 36 teachers and 148 practice base 337 physical education teachers questionnaire surveys, interviews and seminars. Led teacher quality is manifested led teachers in physical education professional student teaching internship activities, a direct and significant impact of psychological quality combined to determine the effect of their teaching practice, physical and mental development of interns. Include: the ideological quality, psychological quality, scientific and cultural qualities, physical fitness, public relations quality and innovative quality. The study found that the Hubei PEEducational professional education internship led teachers to part-time teachers (led teachers while as a trainee led side bear the task of teaching the original units) mainly in Hubei Province PE majors led the ideological quality of teachers The overall score higher, but led the teachers in sports love and hard working income is generally lower than the average students love and care of the situation and policies. Psychological quality, showing a better state, generally self-regulating capacity. The health situation is not optimistic, sports injuries and obesity to a certain extent led the work of the teachers. Knowledge of the quality of the overall high level of understanding of middle school PE teaching materials and methods are not satisfactory. Higher overall level of public relations quality, strong organizational skills and self-control; higher level of overall quality of innovation. Appropriate countermeasures: Normal Physical Education Major the internship led the teachers to carry out public relations knowledge and skills seminars or training, regular or irregular practice base for trips and participate in some of the activities of internship bases, strengthen universities and internship base of contacts and exchanges, in order to improve interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate the internship led teachers; the professional internship led teachers of PEEducational Normal faculty representatives, should strengthen exchanges and cooperation between universities, in certain held within the framework led teachers experience exchange and regular professional training to adapt to the needs of professional education in physical education the internship led the work in the new situation; role of the PE majors led teachers is a teaching internship can not be ignored, suggestions forms of work to take a full-time way conducive led the improvement of the teacher interns management and internships effect of the workload calculation can be considered relative to the other classroom teachers to appropriately increase led teachers to dispense worries; PEEducational professional internship led the teachers' health status is not optimistic, it is recommended that school teaching or guiding students during internship base should enhance physical activity and reduce unnecessary socializing, plenty of energy and enthusiasm to show all of the interns and internship in front of the school teachers and students.
