Abstract


Childhood trauma and abuse scale (CAT) and the Chinese version of Family Environment Scale (FES-CV) randomly selected 31 CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria of mental inpatient and outpatient OCD patients for the study group and 26 healthy subjects as controls . measured groups Shi . On this basis, using self interview outline of the study group and the control group were 50-minute semi-structured interviews . The combination of both applied to explore the trauma of childhood experiences and adult risk of the characteristics of the family environment relationship of obsessive-compulsive disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder . The results showed that : ① patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder CAT score and punishment on the two subscales of negative environmental score were significantly higher than normal control group , the differences were statistically significant ( In addition to the punishment P lt; 0.05 , I P lt ; 0.01). Negative environmental factor was elected to the regression equation , the negative impact effect of obsessive-compulsive disorder , obsessive-compulsive disorder contribution is 14.67% . ② patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder in family intimacy, emotional expression , informative , entertaining four subscales scores were significantly lower than the normal control group . Contradiction subscale scores were significantly higher than the normal control group . Compared with the normal group , the differences were statistically significant . The differences of the three subscales of intimacy , emotional expression and entertainment reached extremely significant level ( P lt; 0.01 ) . Entertaining and intimacy factor into the regression equation in the family environment . These two factors on obsessive-compulsive disorder contribution of 27.84% , which entertainment properties explain 20.78% of the Bureau forced the crux . The ③ interviews , obsessive-compulsive disorder and control groups in the parents' personality , my personality , childhood experiences and family environment . Therefore, the experience of childhood trauma and adverse family environment plays a very important role in the development of obsessive-compulsive disorder , and is closely related with the development of adult personality .
