Abstract


Privacy is an important civil rights , with the modern development of our society and the advance of information technology , privacy threats increasing gradually increased , citizens' awareness of privacy , the world also concerned about the protection of privacy even and more . In China, despite the legislation from a different point of view on privacy more or less protection , but none of the Privacy determine rights as an independent , and our citizens generally weak privacy protection awareness . Recognition and protection of privacy is a sign of the development of human civilization , the laws of privacy protection not only conducive to the stability of the social order , and will also help to protect and expand the freedom of the citizens , to strengthen the protection of citizens ' private rights , privacy protection significance The material is also acute . Protection of privacy , infringement of privacy in the criminal investigation procedures more serious . This article is focused on the investigation stage of Privacy discussed . From a structural point of view , the first part of this paper is an overview of the privacy of the investigation stage ; second part of the need for privacy protection for the investigation stage elaborate that the important position of the privacy of the investigation stage in the criminal proceedings ; Part III Privacy in the behavior of the specific investigation in the investigation stage specifically addressed ; last part of the protection of the privacy of the investigation stage to make some sound recommendations that enhance the investigators privacy protection concept , establish the writ principles and illegal evidence exclusion rules , powerful supervision forces to protect citizens' privacy . Novel this article is that the Code of Criminal Procedure and the combination of economic law, law and sociology are discussed , and finally put forward some suggestions for improvement .
